These terms apply when you use StitchZoid.
The tool
StitchZoid converts an image you choose into a cross-stitch chart, free of charge and exactly as it is. Nothing here promises availability, continuity of behaviour, or that the site will still be running at any future date.
Rights in your image
You retain every right you had. The file is handled on your own machine and never reaches us, so no licence passes to us by any mechanism. By using an image you confirm you are entitled to.
Rights in your chart
Charts, thread keys, shopping lists and saved files produced here are yours to keep, share, publish or sell — as is anything you stitch from them. We claim nothing and require no credit.
Using the site sensibly
Do not attempt to compromise it, process material you have no right to, or rebrand it as your own service. There is no usage cap beyond that.
No warranty
Thread matches, stitch counts, fabric requirements and finished measurements may all be wrong for your materials; the Disclaimer explains where the uncertainty lies. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for wasted fabric, wasted thread, wasted hours or any other loss.
